Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping (7-10 business days) – Free on orders over $100
- Shipping (7-10 business days) – Flat rate of $5.99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply). If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@myluxeglow.com within 15 days of shipment for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Items without original packaging
